My grandfather has entered the hospital with severely advanced lung disease. He is currently on a morphine drip to steady his breathing, and is not expected to live much longer. I will be heading to Greenville, ME tomorrow and will return after the funeral.

If you haven't seen Spike Jonze's new commercial for the "Adidas 1", you need to check it out. As far as the actual product, I'm not so sure.

I just finished the texturing on my spider model. The final step will be animation.

You can download some free print-and-play board games from the 1980s here thanks to Dwarfstar Games and Reaper Miniatures. Just print out the rules, counters, and maps, and you are ready to play some old classics.

Today is William Shatner's 74th birthday. Happy B-Day Shatman!

Many "German Style" board games (such as Puerto Rico and Princes of Florence) state in the rules that the players should choose some method of determining which player will go first. Thanks to our friends at Spielboy, I almost blew a Yoo-hoo out of my nose: Least-Popular Starting Player Selection Methods. Anyone wanting to check out the rest of the Spielboy site should have a parent's permission because of some mature content.

Closer to home, I added an HTML version of my resume to the site in the resume section.
